Blackburn Family Hubs​

Inspired after seeing the Breastfeeding the Brave collection on display at the Unicef Baby Friendly Conference and exhibition 2023, the Blackburn Family Hubs Team commissioned Leanne to visit their centres, meet their community and depict 4 families on canvas. The paintings reflect their community and show the tangible bonds between mother and child, whether during breastfeeding, during play or in an embrace.   The 4 portrait on raw linen canvas coherently sit alongside each other.
